We comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Canada's Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act and India's Prevention of Corruption Act. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, recorded and never tied to a decision. We expect the same of our partners, resellers and suppliers, and we review them before we work together.
We repair and refurbish devices before replacing them, and recycle retired equipment through certified recyclers.
Princeton Service Center extends the life of laptops and PCs through authorized repair. When equipment does reach end of life, we use certified e-waste recyclers and wipe data to recognized standards. We help clients right-size cloud and AI workloads, which cuts both cost and energy use.
We act with honesty, protect client confidentiality and declare conflicts of interest.
Every employee and contractor agrees to our code of ethics when they join and each year after. It covers conflicts of interest, confidentiality, fair dealing, accurate records and respectful conduct, and it tells people how to raise a concern.
We keep controls to prevent, detect and report fraud, including checks on any change to payment details.
Requests to change banking or payment details are verified through a known contact before they take effect. Finance duties are separated, and suspected fraud is reported to leadership and, where required, to the authorities.

We collect only the data we need to serve you, protect it, and never sell it.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect through this site and our services, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it. Client data we handle in projects stays under the client's control and contract.
