Job Title: Operations Lead – SAP Sales Cloud

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Role Type: Contract

Position Overview:

As an Operations Lead for SAP Sales Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations, with a focus on utilizing the SAP Sales Cloud platform (formerly Callidus Cloud). This role requires strong coordination and management skills to oversee both onshore and offshore teams. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of performance within the sales operation’s domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Sales Cloud (formerly Callidus Cloud) platform-related activities.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the platform to align with the evolving needs of the sales operations team.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant stakeholders to address technical issues and implement enhancements.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround times.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of operational workflows.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore operations specialists.
  • Coordinate workload distribution, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce quality standards for data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate risks and maintain high-quality standards.

Training and Development:

  • Develop training programs and materials to onboard new team members and enhance the skills of existing staff.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to support professional growth and performance improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to sales operations and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP Sales Cloud (formerly Callidus Cloud) or similar sales performance management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including experience in managing remote teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or formal training in SAP Sales Cloud administration or equivalent.
  • Experience working in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
