Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative with experience in Apple products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Apple products to customers through various channels including phone, email, and online chat. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Apple products and be able to educate customers about their features and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in a professional and courteous manner through phone, email, and online chat to promote and sell Apple products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services
• Provide accurate and timely information about Apple products to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Keep up-to-date with Apple product knowledge and features

Requirements:

• Passionate about Apple products and technology
• Prior experience in Apple retail store is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using computers and technology
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the technology industry
• Knowledge of Apple products and services
