Job Title: Infra Project Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infra Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. All work related to installing new DMZs and circuits, migrating existing services, and decommissioning of legacy infrastructure and circuits.

Responsibilities: Work will include but not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, including DMZ installations, service migrations, and legacy decommissions.
  • Use Prime for project scheduling and updates.
  • Coordinate with data center, peer organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, configurations, and staging.
  • Implement Change Management processes (SNOW, NCID, Peer Review).
  • Plan and schedule implementation activities, including hardware installations and circuit management.
  • Manage inventory and update monitoring systems/tools.
  • Generate project reports, ensure closure, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, data center operations, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with workflow tools like Prime and change management tools such as SNOW.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven experience in remote project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in infrastructure and circuits.
