We are looking for an HR Coordinator for our client – a leading company in Energy sector! Please find below the job details:

Position: HR Coordinator

Location: Newark NJ

Job Length: 12 months

Position Type: Contract

Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for investigating workplace concerns raised employees, including allegations of violations of company’s corporate code of conduct and/or violations of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and anti-harassment laws.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree (required) and MS/MA degree (preferred)
  • Prior experience specifically conducting EEO/harassment or other HR investigations for a large corporation
  • Prior experience drafting and presenting investigation reports to senior leaders
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a face-paced work environment
  • Successful candidate must demonstrate and value differences in others’ strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations and draft reports for senior management
  • Administer the company’s internal alternative dispute resolution process
  • Provide litigation support to law department
  • Provide analysis and recommendations regarding various employee issues, including employee engagement
