The Coordinator will help manage/maintain vendor and firm relationships, assist in coordinating all interviews, coordinating with the recruiters, and play an integral role in the pre-employment screening process.

Recruitment Responsibilities including posting requisitions, screening and sourcing applicants, monitoring and reviewing applications following compliance protocol, creating offer letters, vacancy file maintenance.
Formatting resumes, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling candidate calls, in addition to evolving with the needs of the team as it relates to the responsibilities of this role.
Deliver qualified, diverse candidate pipelines for both immediate and forecast hiring needs as determined by leadership to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
Collaborate with director on a continuous basis to build, maintain, and update the ATS platform
Responsible for Candidate to New Hire process; collaborating with the Talent Acquisition members to execute this process (help run background checks, basic review of contracts, draft offer letters, overall support of hiring process
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail, able to multi-task as well as take Initiative and the ability to prioritize, learn new concepts, and work well in a team environment is essential.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant major.
Experience in Recruiting/Human Resources or other relevant department- nice to have
Previous online recruiting experience on multiple platforms preferred.
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite and google docs/Gmail software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials at all times.
