Shift: UK Shift (01:00 PM to 10:00 PM) 

Required Experience: 1+ years 

Location: STPI, Collectorate Compound, Kakinada – 01. 

Digital Marketing Associate Roles and Responsibilities: 

The role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead multi-level campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing Associate will plan and execute campaigns and strategies related to business needs. 

The ideal candidate will be creative and analytical thinker and will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will reach the target audience.  


  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media and paid advertising campaigns 
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence 
  • Plan and create monthly content calendar and produce image/video content for the same . 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 
  • Plan, execute and prepare performance and competitive reports 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create artworks and webpages 
  • Actively involve in lead generation/Cold out reaches using Email and LinkedIn. 


  • Knowledge in digital marketing including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising. 
  • Basic knowledge in LinkedIn platform and various lead generation methods. 
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that inform and engage 
  • Solid knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics) 
  • A positive, collaborative attitude 
  • Ability to learn, understand and express new subject matters 
  • Communication skills to manage and coordinate on projects with a global, cross-functional team.
