Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, nurture relationships, and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and are enthusiastic about advancing their careers in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and create opportunities for the sales team.
  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and educate them on our products and services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular feedback to marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in sales or marketing is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of technology products and services.
