Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for technology looking to kick start your career in sales?, a division of Princeton IT Services, is seeking Sales Development Representatives to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential customers, build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, nurture relationships, and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and are enthusiastic about advancing their careers in sales. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads for the sales team.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and educate them on our products and services.
  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels including Online Research, Social Media and Industry Events.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine prospecting strategies.
  • Provide feedback to optimize lead generation processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0 – 2 years’ of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of technology products and services.
